Criminal Law Section: Recent Developments in Double Jeopardy Case Law (live   teleconference available)*

This CLE focuses on recent developments in double-jeopardy case law in the Minnesota appellate courts and in the U.S. Supreme Court. Areas of discussion include when a guilty plea implicates double jeopardy, what constitutes an acquittal, and when double jeopardy protection is waived.


Time: 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
