What Estate Planners should know about Veterans Benefits for Elder Clients (live teleconference available)*
 
This session will provide an overview of state and federal health and long term care benefits that every estate planner should be aware of. Discussion will include categories of benefits, program eligibility and access points for your clients to get in the VA Helath Care and Benefits Administration. Attorneys and Trust Officers may be surprised to learn that benefits exist even for veterans with assets!

*Participants may attend this CLE via teleconference for $30 for RCBA members and $40 for non-RCBA members. Please send an email to info@ramseybar.org or call 651.222.0846 to arrange for attendance via live teleconference. Instructions for accessing the teleconference will be sent prior to the CLE. We cannot offer the live teleconference to law students for free. Law students may still attend the live presentation for free (not including lunch).
