Over the past several years, various mortgage issues have become quite prevalent among homeowners.
This CLE will review the structure and life cycle of the average residential mortgage, provide a concise overview of the Minnesota state and federal mortgage remedies available to homeowners, and identity which mortgage and title documents are required to analyze you client's potential claims.
