Effective January 1, 2014, there are two different POA forms. This Webinar will provide you with the background you need to properly complete the new POA form, determine whether an existing POA form is valid, discuss problems the new POA form was created to resolve and some new problems it creates, and we will conclude with an analysis of the new Judicial Relief statute and its application to new and old POA forms.
