More details:
Attorneys should understand how to maintain client confidences for the purpose of preserving the attorney-client privilege as well as providing ethical representation. At the same time, attorneys should be comfortable utilizing the technological tools, such as email, social networking sites and cell phones that benefit their practice. Today, attorneys can send privileged information instantaneously from anywhere in the world. Managing how that data is kept confidential requires an understanding of the rules of privilege and the technology used to communicate.

*Instructions for accessing the webinar/teleconference will be sent prior to the CLE. We cannot offer the webinar/ teleconference to law students for free. Law students may attend for the member price ($30), by sending an email to info@ramseybar.org or calling 651-222-0846.
