This presentation will prepare you for January 1, 2014, including the steps to complete the new Power of Attorney form, how to tell if a Power of Attorney is valid, traps to watch out for whether preparing, presenting or receiving a Power of Attorney in 2014, and an analysis of the new Judicial Relief statute which significantly changes who can seek an accounting of transactions initiated by the Attorney in Fact.
