Join us to learn how Minnesota Dept. of Human Services and Minnesota Dept. of Health background studies under Minn. Stat. Sect. 245C work, who gets disqualified, why they get disqualified, and how the appeal process works.   

Time: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Location: First National Bank Building Training Room, 332 Minnesota Street, St. Paul
Registration: 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Credit: 1.0 standard CLE credit approved- Code: 267408        
Cost (includes lunch): $15 RCBA members; $30 non-members
Teleconference Cost: $20 RCBA members; $35 non-members
