It's 4 am, and you get a call from a friend who is in trouble. They've just been arrested, and they've turned to you in the wee hours in their time of need. They are scared, nervous and frightened. The only problem is, so are you. You've never handled this type of situation before. What do you say? What do you do? More importantly, what's the next step?!
This presentation will focus on the basics of the PRACTICAL application and practice of criminal in Minnesota. You will receive advice on how to approach your first criminal case, and special tips on how to handle everything from jail visits to trying a criminal case to a jury.
