This Education Institute Training Event is Sponsored by SEFLIN for our Members
Our communities are full of artists, academics, and activists with ideas/expertise to share. This session presents models, lessons, and strategies for mobilizing library space for adaptive “knowledge translation” efforts by and for the community. A “win-win” programming that simultaneously fulfills a multiplicity of mandates for individuals and institutions within the community.
Key outcomes:
• Implement an asset-based model to community-led programming that directly supports the work of community knowledge leaders while simultaneously delivering high-value, low-cost educational programming
