Yes! What you do in your storytimes makes a difference in children's early literacy behaviors.

Based on the groundbreaking research of VIEWS2, the first systematic study of storytimes and what truly builds early literacy skills, this workshop presents ready-to-use planning tools for your library's early literacy programming and storytimes.  In this workshop participants will learn about early learning benchmarks with a clear focus on developmental stages and the fostering of early literacy development through storytime. Participants will learn how to enhance their storytime activities using the three principles of Supercharged Storytimes: intentionality, interactivity, and community of practice.

Presenter:  Saroj Ghoting
