Making Meetings Work: Tips for Facilitating Discussion Groups

In our face-to-face meeting, we talked about the importance of covering the three areas susceptible to inefficiency in our meetings – the before, during, and after of meetings. We also discussed tips and techniques on how to make sure our participants come to the meeting ready to engage – and that they actually DO engage in the meeting!

In this follow-up session, we’ll do a brief review of the three areas we need to monitor and see how we’ve been doing in those areas.

As part of this follow-up, please make note of at least one question, concern, or additional tip you’ve uncovered since our face-to-face workshop. We’ll cover those questions, concerns, and tips as well. In other words, our meeting will be informative and productive!
