Presenter: Diana Silveira, Novare Library Services
Diana Silveira is the President of Novare Library Services. Novare Library Services provides training to libraries and their end-users, web-development and technology infrastructure to libraries. Before Novare Library Services, Diana was the Virtual Manager of Florida's Ask a Librarian, a statewide LSTA project helping over 70,000 residents via live chat, email and text messaging. She has an MLIS from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. When not playing with gadgets and gizmos, she enjoys diving, kayaking and other water-related fun.
