Do you have a renovation project on the horizon? Don't forget about your collections! Projects big or small can use these tools to renovate, revitalize, and reinvest in your collections. 

Resources: Webinar participants will receive excel worksheets to allow them to conduct their own collection analysis.

You will learn the following principles: 
1) Renovations- working with designers and architects to get the collection space you need. 
2) Revitalization - weeding to succeed, learn rightsizing techniques to balance your collections. 
3) Reinvest- focus buying efforts to fill gaps and improve quality of your collections.

About the presenter:
Lisa Marie Williams, Manager of Collections Operations at Oakville Public Library. Lisa has worked in public libraries in Canada and the United States for the past 20 years. During that time she has worked in programming, collections, public service, and technology.
