Start new library leaders out on the right path. Discover the learning and development path of librarians with new systemwide leadership roles. From design thinking, to project planning to consultations, join us to discover how to engage your future library leaders.
You will learn how to: 

1) Describe a Cohort Based learning and development approach; 
2) Identify how to leverage your library's resources; and
3) List the key development areas for new library leaders.

About the presenter:

Kimberly Christmas is the Manager of Innovation, Learning & Service Planning with the Toronto Public Library. She has an MA and an MILS and has taken formal courses in Adult Education, Project Management and Change Management. Kimberly has worked in Academic, Special and Public Libraries.
