Cultivating Fearless, Mindful Youth and Resilient Communities

Aug 26, 2020 10:00am -
Aug 26, 2020 04:00pm

Event Description

The Digital Youth Discussion Group will explore ways that technology can positively impact underserved youth especially homeless and at-risk teens in South Florida. We will also explore how we can engage community organizations to build equity and support for these teens, so they don't fall through the cracks; but instead become future leaders. Conversations will include topics on trauma informed services, community asset mapping, creating policy change, equity and racial justice to help young people find success.

Each and every young individual deserves the opportunity to become a safe successful adult. Come join the discussion geared towards developing solutions as a unified community.
