About this Session:
This second session is part of a paired offering in addressing diversity and inclusion opportunities in our spaces of work.  This session on inclusion will focus on building an inclusive culture as the strategic value of diversity practices are only successful if it is complimented and supported by inclusive practices. 
Learning goals:
-Develop an understanding of workplace inclusion;
-An introduction to cultivating an inclusive culture;
-Failing forward and your Say:Do ratio.
About the Presenter:
Amanda Fernandez, MI, MBA, is a social entrepreneur and the founder of Inclusifyy.  Amanda is dedicated to supporting libraries and municipalities build a diverse workforce, and a culture of equity and inclusion.
