Work/Life Balance: The Key to Real Success (Live Online - 2 days)

Dec 02, 2015 02:00pm -
Dec 01, 2015 03:30pm
(GMT-5)

Event Description

This two-part class will be held on Wednesday-Thursday, December 2-3, 2015 from 2:00 - 3:30 pm. Students must attend both sessions.

We often hear talk about making sure we keep our lives in balance while dealing with a sometimes-stressful job (or is that an “all-the-time stressful” job?). That’s a nice platitude, but the reality of being able to do that can seem just beyond our grasp.

We not only have work to occupy much of our time, we also have other activities, family obligations, committees, hobbies, errands, household duties, expectations from others, and the list goes on…and on and on and on!

With the advent of “the technological age,” we were promised by the marketers of the world that our lives would be easier. And they are – in some ways. In other ways, that same technology has tipped the balance and caused additional stress.

Maybe it’s time to make time for YOU by attending this eye-opening two-part webinar series, where you’ll learn how to take back control of your life.

In the first session, we’ll uncover the time robbers that may have been stealing your most precious commodity – and learn how to deal with them more effectively. You’ll also need to have your crayons ready! We’ll take this opportunity to reflect on what is most important in our lives and decide how we’re going to make time for those priorities.

And in the second session of the series, we’ll discover how to use the most important word in the world when it comes to balance in your life. You’ll also leave with an extensive list of tips to move you closer to that elusive work/life balance.

This webinar will be delivered via SEFLIN Connect. Log-in information will be emailed approximately one week before the course.
