About this Webinar

Emotional Intelligence – maybe you’ve heard the term, but what in the world does it mean? The short answer is simply being intelligent about emotions – yours and others’. The longer – and much more interesting – answer will fascinate you.

In this fast-paced 60-minute session we’ll delve into the idea of our own emotions by exploring the first two elements of Emotional Intelligence – self-awareness and self-management – both of which are critical not only to your effectiveness in the workplace, but also to your ability to enjoy life! Then we’ll take a look at how the first two elements help us with the other two – social awareness and relationship management.

We experience our own and others’ emotions every single day. Let’s be aware of how they affect our lives!

Presented by: Linda Bruno
