Event Description

This webinar will be presented on Thursday, February 11, 2016

This webinar is the first of a 2-part series and will focus on the individual practitioner's understanding with concepts of diversity and cultural awareness- the necessary first step toward cultural proficiency.

We are past the days when just being "aware of" or "tolerating diversity is enough.  Local, national and global opportunities and challenges facing us require a more systematic approach to developing and sustaining deep, meaningful relationships with our customers.  In this session participants will learn about the powerful role of culture in shaping our individual and collective realities and walk away with clear next-step options for becoming an ally and making targeted efforts to increase their effectiveness working across cultures.

This webinar will be delivered via SEFLIN Connect. Log-in information will be emailed approximately one week before the course.
