A full-day onsite workshop
September 26, 2017 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Broward County Library, South Regional/BC Library
7300 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024
If you attend any of the webinars offered in SEFLIN’s Personal Development Series, we would love for you to also attend a face-to-face gathering to wrap up, discuss, question, ponder and reflect on the topics we’ve covered during 2016-2017.
By the time we meet in person in September, we will have delved into many topics that have allowed us to consider our own behaviors – from understanding how emotional intelligence affects our lives and the lives of others, to recognizing what our actual behavioral tendencies are. We will have also spent quality time unpacking ideas relating to our professional lives and how we supervise – from delegating effectively to creating a motivating environment…and lots of topics in between.
This won’t be your grandfather’s workshop J. We encourage you to come with questions, suggestions, resources, tips, techniques, and even obstacles you’ve encountered as you’ve applied what you’ve learned throughout the year. As leadership guru John Maxwell says, “Shared thinking is always better than solo thinking.” So we’ll spend the day sharing – and learning even more!
Don’t miss this opportunity to spend time reflecting on the human side of leading. You’ll come away refreshed and rejuvenated ~ with valuable information that will help you perform your job more effectively. And that makes work more fun – for everyone!
