Have you ever felt like a fraud or maybe you didn't have enough experience or knowledge to do the your job and be successful? There is no denying the existence of imposter syndrome in countless disciplines and professional practices (just Google it). Feelings of Imposter syndrome is not uncommon in the modern workplace, including in libraries and other information settings.

Through this webinar we will use personal experience and research to explore imposter syndrome through the lens of library professionals. So what?s to blame? We'll talk about competition in the job market, burnout rates, social media and the need for non-traditional skills in a dynamic field.
