Shola, an inspiring, high-energy, relatable and highly effective speaker, will present a three-hour workshop on how together we can make our libraries more positive, productive, and respectful places to work. His mission is to improve the world, simply by changing how we treat each other at work.

  • Currently lives in Los Angeles with wife, two daughters and puppy.
  • Can teach anyone (yes, including you) how to draw an amazing cartoon walrus in less than 30 seconds (hey, we warned you that this list was random...)
  • He is the author of two books: Go Together and Making Work Work
  • In the Myers-Briggs Personality Test, he's classified as an ENFP. On the Gallup Strengths Finder Assessments, his top five strengths are: 1. Connectedness, 2. Positivity, 3. Woo, 4. Futuristic, 5. Activator
