Q&A with Ryan Dowd

This webinar will be all questions from you:

The types of questions you can ask:

  • Is there a specific patron that you are unsure how to handle and would like guidance?
  • Did you have a situation with a homeless patron and you're not sure whether or not you dealt with it correctly?
  • Do you have specific questions about people experiencing homelessness, poverty, mental illness, or substance abuse?
  • Have you heard something about people experiencing homelessness and you're not sure whether or not it's true?
  • Do you have a coworker who struggles when dealing with challenging patrons and want to know how to help him/her?

This webinar is limited to the first 1,500 people. The recording will be available on the SEFLIN NicheAcademy a few days later.
