Part 2 ~ Barriers to Effective Decision Making

What keeps you from making an effective decision? An emotional barrier? Something environmental? Cultural? Your barrier could be any one of a number of things – and sometimes more than one. Your barrier could be very different from mine – or your co-worker’s. Once we know the barriers, we’re better equipped to handle them ~ and as we set ourselves free from those barriers, we naturally become better decision makers.
