Did you ever notice that two people can say the same words - and experience totally different responses from others?

Nonverbal communication skills including the sound of your voice, the look on your face, and body language, can make a huge difference in our ability to communicate effectively with others. Fortunately, you can learn and master what these skills and communicate more effectively on a consistent basis. In this webinar you will learn how to identify and improve the fine points of your workplace and improve their communication skills.

By applying the information in this webinar attendees will feel more confident and relaxed when dealing with library users and employees including those occasionally difficult customers.
