Online Meetings & Events Service
 

SEFLIN provides its member library staff with online meeting services through SEFLIN Connect, a fully-featured online conferencing and meeting service. The benefits of SEFLIN Connect include:

  • Save Time – Hold meetings without spending staff time traveling to a physical meeting location.
  • Reduce Costs – Bring speakers, authors, and others into your library without incurring travel expenses.
  • Increase Services – Extend the reach of your library's programs by making them available online.
  • Stay Current with Technology – Online meeting & conferencing is widely used by the public, educators, and businesses.
 
Schedule a SEFLIN Connect Meeting


SEFLIN Connect online meeting rooms are available for use by member library staff 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, holidays and office closings excluded. Requests for meetings must be received by SEFLIN at least one full business day in advance of the proposed time for the meeting. To request a meeting date and time, fill out the PDF form linked below and email (connect@seflin.org) or fax (561-208-0995) it to SEFLIN. Request a Permanent SEFLIN Connect Meeting Room for Your Library


If your library has an ongoing need for a permanent online meeting room, you may request to have a dedicated SEFLIN Connect meeting room available for your use. Contact SEFLIN at connect@seflin.org about obtaining a dedicated online meeting room for your library.

 

 

Request a Training or Consultation Session about Using SEFLIN Connect
