Consortium Borrowing Privileges:

• Consortium (SEFLIN) library cards will be made available to all Palm Beach County School District faculty upon request. These individuals must have no outstanding library obligations (fines, overdues, etc.) and be currently employed by the school district.
• Cards will be issued for one academic year.
• Upon notification of delinquency from a lending library, the patron will be notified.
• Borrowing privileges will be suspended until all obligations to the library are met.
• Patrons with Consortium library cards will agree to abide by the rules of the lending library including rules related to delinquency and lost materials.

Consortium Lending Privileges to Individuals from Other Institutions:

• Faculty members from other SEFLIN libraries may borrow materials from the Elizabeth Bias Professional Library by presenting a current SEFLIN consortium card and a valid ID.
• The borrowing period for a book is four weeks. Delinquent notices will be mailed to the patron or delivered via a phone message.
• Lost materials are billed to the patron for replacement cost.
• A copy of any delinquency notice or replacement bill will be sent to the home library.
• Borrowing privileges will be suspended until any matters of delinquency are settled.
