This course identifies the ten most significant mistakes a real estate broker can make in writing up a real estate transaction. Specific examples of real-world mistakes are featured with guidance on how to avoid making them. 

Students will learn how to identify potential situations in which they could commit professional malpractice, and how to avoid making them.  This course is taught by a real estate attorney with 34 years’ experience in all facets of real estate law.

• Pre or Post-Closing Possession
• Seller Financing
• Seller’s Request for Loan Information
• Inspections & Additional Inspections
• Re-Inspection of Seller’s Repairs
• Form 34 (blank addendum Issues)
