A Seismic Shift in Social Media is Coming – Are You Ready?
Friday, September 13, 2013

The SOCAP Greater Philadelphia and New York Metro Chapters are co-hosting an interactive conversation with Frank Eliason, described as the “most famous customer service manager in the U.S., possibly the world,” and a panel of social strategy leaders on the current state of social media and how it is changing the way we work in consumer affairs. Hear Frank deliver his predictions on why and how companies are shifting away from social toward the next “big thing.”

About our Speaker
Frank Eliason, Citibank’s Director of Global Social Media, and author of @Your Service: How to Attract New Customers, Increase Sales, and Grow Your Business Using Simple Customer Service Techniques, is one of the most sought-after thought leaders on social media and customer experience. Frank may be best known for creating the @ComcastCares Twitter team as Senior Director of National Customer Operations at Comcast and one of the corporate early adopters of social customer response. His leadership inspired a global wave of innovation in the way businesses communicate and engage with their customers. Frank is a board member for both the Council of Better Business Bureaus and the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals. Following his keynote, he will lead a provocative panel discussion on emerging social trends with three key social strategists working in the metro New York/Philadelphia area.
