Full meeting registration includes Continental breakfast and lunch Tuesday and Wednesday. Monday night reception. Coffee during AM/PM Break Tuesday and Wednesday.
We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. After the registration deadline, March 14, 2019, you may register and pay onsite. Acceptable payments for onsite registrations are check or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. You must be a full member of SRA International at the time of the meeting to receive member rates.
***The workshops on Monday are optional and are not included in the registration rate. Lunch is included if you sign up for a full day or two half day workshops on the same day. The registration rate for workshops does not include participation in any other activities such as social functions and concurrent sessions, which require full registration.
****The Guest Tickets for the Opening Reception are meant for accompanying people of the conference attendee for Monday, March 25, 2019 Opening Reception 6:30 - 10:00 pm. The Opening Reception is already included in the Registration rate.
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before March 7, 2019. Cancellations submitted on or before March 7, 2019, are refunded less $50 meeting cancellation fee. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded, only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the cancellation fees. No refunds will be made after March 7, 2019. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.
Already registered attendees may transfer to a different training program per email no later than March 14, 2019. The transfer fee for switching from one program to another is $50. Please send your requests to Ellen Quinn at email@example.com. Program transfer is NOT available onsite.
