As we look ahead to the 114th Congress, there will be plenty of new faces on Capitol Hill as new Members are sworn in. With new Members come new offices and job opportunities. Whether you’re already on the Hill and looking to switch offices or off the Hill looking to make a jump to Capitol Hill this panel of experts will give you insights into the hiring decisions new Members must make. What sets candidates apart? What positions do new offices try to fill first? How many campaign staff typically follow the candidate to Washington? What can you do to set yourself apart so you can land that new job? How can you make yourself invaluable to a freshman Member?

Payment, Replacement & Refund Policy
WGR event registration fees must be paid in advance. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute, however you are responsible for the difference in fees if the individual is a non-member. The deadline to receive a refund is three (3) business days prior to the event. The request must be received in writing, prior to the deadline.
