Join WGR’s team as we participate in American University’s 5k Race to Representation, supporting the University’s Women & Politics Institute. The mission of the Women & Politics Institute is to close the gender gap in political leadership. They provide young women with academic and practical training that encourages them to become involved in the political process and facilitate research that enhances our understanding of the challenges women face in the political arena.

Whether you’re a runner or a walker, join us for this great event supporting a fantastic cause. We look forward to seeing you there!

Registration begins at 7:00 AM and race begins at 8:00 AM

Online registration will close Friday, March 27, 2015 at 11:59 PM. If you register online between Wednesday, March 25 and closing time, your packet pick-up will be on race day.
