Mar 13, 2018 10:30am

Event Description

The Every Student Succeed Act (ESSA) returned authority to states with a promise to significantly improve outcomes for all kids. Every state and the District of Columbia have drafted and submitted ESSA plans, with 34 approved by the U.S. Department of Education to date. Our panel of experts will dive into state ESSA plans, the perspectives of stakeholders, as well as additional state efforts to address the challenges and progress to advance equity. Join us for an intimate discussion with the experts on what we can expect as states move toward implementing their ESSA plans.

A light breakfast will be provided.
