Companies have been on a buying binge the last twelve months.  While many mergers live and die based on the business aspects, the ability to navigate a merger from the government relations angle is a critical component to success.  On the corporate side, there are questions about how to manage regulators and how to address the practical aspects of merging two government relations teams.  And, from the trade association perspective, considerations for when two member companies merge.  Our panel of experts will share their experiences of successful mergers as well as lessons learned from mergers that never came to fruition.

WGR event registration fees must be paid in advance. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute, however you are responsible for the difference in fees if the individual is a non-member. The deadline to receive a refund is three (3) business days prior to the event. The request must be received in writing, prior to the deadline.
