Outcome: A greater awareness of your EI - through the exploration of your personal competencies of
self-awareness, self-regulation, and motivation as well as social competencies important to relationships
in the workplace and in our personal lives.

Today’s leaders – at all levels, are facing increasingly greater challenges in their ability to respond effectively and productively in a workplace that is changing and growing more complex.  To meet these challenges, this experiential program will provide its participants the opportunity to challenge traditional thinking in a safe environment, while honing leadership skills.
