Members: $75

Event Registration with purchase of Membership (a $100 savings!): $270

These are package-priced sessions and backdrop changes are not included, however, you will receive a high resolution digital version portrait and may change the backdrop as you need. Many photo shop programs provide that feature.

Sessions include a minimum of six variations of expression and portrait pose per person from which to select your finished portrait.

Business Portrait Photography - Dress tips for Women
Please note this is basic and generic advice that should be augmented with your own personal variations.

• Clothes a little on the loose side
• Check for creases
• Check for stress lines ... absolutely no HORIZONTAL stress lines
• Vertical/natural folds are not a problem
• Avoid padded shoulders
• Avoid solid white or light colored jackets
• Jewelry not too 'busy' (basic pearls always work ... your variations encouraged)
• Change of jacket & accessories if multiple series are needed
• Just a touch more make up than usual ... our digital 'photo finishing' service has essentially replaced professional make up
• Photographers like to see as much of the forehead as possible, however do not substantially change the hair style

Payment, Replacement & Refund Policy
WGR event registration fees must be paid in advance. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute, however you are responsible for the difference in fees if the individual is a non-member. The deadline to receive a refund is three (3) business days prior to the event. The request must be received in writing, prior to the deadline.
 

Consent to use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at WGR events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to WGR’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs and videotapes.
