REFUND POLICY
Conference Refunds for Presenters and Panelists
Presenters and Panelists who are unable to secure funding from their institutions to attend the conference may request a full refund if notice is received by April 15, 2021. After this date, a $75 administrative fee will be applied. No refunds will be made after May 15, 2021. Requests must be made in writing or via email.
Conference Refunds for General Conferees
The last day for conference registration fee refunds (less a $75 administrative fee) is May 15, 2021. Requests must be made in writing or via email. Due to logistical reasons, refund requests received after May 15, 2021 can not be honored.
