The Fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine at Cambridge Health Alliance and Harvard Medical School is an ACGME-accredited 1 year training program for a PGY5 psychiatrist. The fellowship provides training in psychiatric consultation and management of medical and surgical inpatients as well as training in integrated/collaborative care programs in primary care centers. Fellows will have exposure to population focused care by being part of a primary care team and through the use of mental health registries and telemedicine. Specialty training in geriatrics, women’s health, addictions, and health psychology is also available.  Faculty will mentor fellows in the development of an academic project.  Our program takes advantage of Cambridge Health Alliance's unique blend of community and academic resources. Positions offer advanced training in consultation-liaison psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine: also include opportunities in neuropsychiatry/neurology, women’s mental health, HIV/AIDS, psychooncology, burn/trauma, transplantation, emergency psychiatry, pain management, and collaborative care. The Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Thomas Jefferson University is actively recruiting for a fellow in Psychosomatic Medicine. The Consultation Liaison Division has an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine that offers excellent training within a 730 bed academic medical center and a major medical school. This fellowship provides training in both inpatient and outpatient work and opportunities for clinical research. Fellows also participate in teaching residents and medical students. There are opportunities to become involved in a variety of specialized medical services, including OB/GYN, Neurosurgery, Epilepsy, Geriatrics, Oncology, Hematology and Transplantation, depending on the fellow’s area of interest. In addition, our department houses a state-of-the-art Sleep Disorders Clinic and well known Pain Medicine Program, where fellows will have an ability to receive specialized training.


Jefferson Medical College has a rich history; it is one of the oldest and largest medical schools in the country. The Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is located in Historic center city Philadelphia, amidst a multitude of cultural and recreational opportunities.
