  1. Q. I am a current or recent AJS member, and this is my first time visiting MyAJS.  What is my username and password?

    A. Your username is your email address on file with the AJS office. To retrieve your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page and enter your email address. If you receive a notice that your email address is not in the system, please contact the AJS office to discover your username.

  2. Q. I am an AJS customer (i.e. advertiser, exhibitor, etc.), and this is my first time visiting My AJS. What is my username and password?

    A. Your username is your email address on file with the AJS office. To retrieve your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page and enter your email address. If the system says your email address is not in the system but you know you have made an AJS purchase in the last 5 years, please contact the AJS office to discover your username.

  3. Q. I created a MyAJS account the other day, but now I can't log in. What should I do?

    A. The password field of MyAJS is case sensitive. Please make sure you are typing your password exactly as you did when you created your account. If you continue to have difficulty accessing your account, click "Forgot your Password?" at the bottom of the login page to receive and email to reset your password.

  4. Q. Why can't I select the Income Level or Primary Field of Research field on the Edit My Information or New Visitor Registration page?

    A. There is a minor glitch in the system which makes some fields very sensitive to selection. We have contacted netFORUM about this issue and they are working on a resolution. If you are having trouble clicking into a text box, try clicking towards the right side of the field. If this does not resolve the issue, please inform the AJS office.

  5. Q. I am applying for an Eastern European Scholar Travel Grant and do not need to pay membership dues or conference registration before submitting my conference proposal. How do I access the submission site?

    A. Please contact the AJS office at ajs@ajs.cjh.org or (917) 606-8249. Someone will update your record to provide you with access to the submission site.

  6. Q. I can't access the submission site even though I have paid my registration fees.

    A. Please make sure you have paid both the registration fee for the conference and membership dues for the next membership year (begins September 1, expires August of next year). Both payments are required to submit a conference proposal.

If you are a joint member and your partner or spouse has paid for either your registration or membership dues, please contact the AJS office at ajs@ajs.cjh.org or (917) 606-8249. Someone will update your record to provide you with access to the submission site.
