One Day:  $450/$550
Spouse/Guest:  $200/$250

Early Discount expires Wednesday, October 4.

Attendee List
Your registration must be received no later than two weeks prior to the meeting date to be listed in the
pre-registration attendee list. An up-to-date list will be in your registration packet.

CRSI Cancellation Policy
100%  refund  if  cancellation  is made on or before October 27, 2017. 50% refund if cancellation is
made after October 28, 2017.
