Event Description

Does a particular fee structure represent a performance bonus—or a commission? What should I do when a donor includes a bequest in his or her will and I have concerns about the arrangement? Should I tell my executive director (or board chair) that her great new idea entails prohibited behavior under my professional association’s standards of practice? These questions and more are important to understand and be able to address. Let’s share our experiences and explore the role of the fundraiser, board members, and senior staff in creating an “ethical” organization. Space is limited to the first 25.
