About the Presenters:
Justine Kearns, Head of Financial Institutions - Fidelity in the US & Canada, AIG
Justine Kearns is Head of AIG's Financial Institutions Practice Group for Fidelity Insurance in the US and Canada. Located in AIG's New York Office, Justine specializes in Fidelity coverage for Financial Institutions. She manages underwriting and risk assessment in the financial institutions space, including broker-dealers, banks and non-bank lenders, asset management complexes, and insurance companies. Prior to assuming her current role, Justine managed a portfolio of management liability, professional liability and crime insurance in AIG's Middle East operation based out of Dubai.  She has a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University. 
Christopher Liu, Head of Cyber for the Financial Institutions Group, AIG Property & Casualty
Christopher Liu is the Head of Cyber for the Financial Institutions Group of AIG Property & Casualty and oversees the underwriting of network security products within the F.I. Division for the U.S. and Canada. Prior to assuming responsibility for the network security portfolio, Chris had a focus on a broader array of management and professional liability products for banks and non-bank lending institutions. He earned a B.S. in Economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.  AIG is a diversified global market leader, serving businesses and individuals worldwide. The firm's Financial Institutions Group is a leading provider of management, professional, and cyber liability products and customized risk solutions.
Ben Zviti, Senior Vice President, FI Cyber Leader, Marsh & McLennan Companies 
Ben Zviti is Marsh's Financial and Professional Products (FINPRO) FI Cyber/Crime Practice Leader. Located in Marsh's New York Office, Ben specializes in Cyber and Fidelity coverage for Financial Institutions. In this role, he is responsible for product innovation, assessing and analyzing Cyber coverage, and market trends learned through his day-to-day servicing of his clients' needs. Ben assists and contributes in the assessment of his client's exposures and placements . Ben works with the Marsh client service team to formulate an appropriate and effective marketing strategy and aggressively negotiates with the markets. Ben's coverage expertise includes cyber risk/liability, fidelity/crime bonds, ERISA fidelity, ID fraud, and kidnap and ransom policies.
Ben joined Marsh in 2014 as advisory and placement specialist in the Financial Institutions group. He has been in the insurance industry since 2007. Prior to joining Marsh in 2014, Ben served as the managing director of Travelers' Bond & Financial Products Crime/Fidelity/First-party Cyber Claims unit where he was responsible for the business unit's handling of fidelity/crime, cyber, ERISA, ID fraud, and kidnap and ransom claims across the country. Ben has a solid background in working with large complex financial institutions including investment banks, broker-dealers and financial services companies. Ben's extensive claims experience lends a unique perspective to the application of the insurance products to current and trending risks and coverage issues.
