Michael Kramer, First Vice President

Michael Kramer is currently Senior Vice President in the Risk Regulatory Affairs team at Citigroup. In this role, he manages regulatory interactions for the Market Risk, Reporting and Finance CRO segments, providing guidance, leadership and support during critical regulatory exams and interactions ensuring well-managed, productive, and insightful communications. He joined the Risk Regulatory Affairs group in November of 2018.

Prior to joining the Risk Regulatory Affairs group, Mike spent 10 years in Credit Risk Management in the Financial Institutions Risk Management Controls and Solutions team at Citigroup. His responsibilities included working with Risk Technology, Finance, Risk Reporting, Margin Ops, and other key groups to identify, evaluate and develop solutions for regulatory and senior management requests.

Mike began his career in 1991 working as an accountant for Shearson Lehman Brothers.
