Maryann Watt, Governor

Maryann Watt is a Managing Director at BNY Mellon in Risk and Compliance. She serves as the head of Counterparty Credit Risk covering all trading and financing activities.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Ms. Watt was employed at Merrill Lynch and was responsible for the risk monitoring of all foreign exchange, emerging market and private banking activities globally. Ms. Watt began her career at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Ms. Watt graduated from the Executive M.B.A. program at the New York University. She earned a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, from Fairfield University and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
