New Visitor Registration 
If you are new to the SMDM website, please create an account. Please use the New Visitor Registration link if you are new or are not a registered user.

 

Forgot Password
Upon creation of a new account, you should receive an email to set your password. If you need assistance with resetting your password, please email Info@SMDM.org and we will set a temporary password for you.

Logging in on a Colleague's Behalf
If you are registering or renewing a membership for a colleague, please log in using their email address and password. Please do not create a new profile for yourself as this will result in the membership/registration being put under your name. If your colleague already has a profile with SMDM, please do not create a new profile for the member using a different email address, as this will create a duplicate profile for your colleague.
