2018 Title IX Pre Conference (#3) WHO MUST BE TRAINED—HOW AND WHY? & 5th Annual Conference

NOTE: You are registering to the 5th annual conference and Pre-Con #3 for Clery Compliance Officers and/or Track Two for Title IX Coordinators— Clery, HEOA, and Title IX: Who Must Be Trained—How and Why? (Half-Day: 8:30am to 11:30am)

This pre-conference workshop will provide attendees with a matrix for capturing all the training requirements that are included in HEOA, Clery, VAWA, and Title IX.  This session will assist attendees in understanding the training requirements included in these laws and in the regulatory guidance, including who needs to be trained, what training they need to be provided, why it must be provided, and options for how to provide the various training programs. The instructor will teach the attendees how to develop a training plan for their institutions.

NACCOP 2018 Conference Registration Refunds Policy

 

 Any registration cancelation postmarked or emailed 30 days prior to the first day of the conference/event will be refunded, minus a $75 processing fee.   

Any registration cancellations postmarked (or emailed) less than 30 days prior to the first day of the event can be applied to the registration fees of a participant from the same institution at no additional cost. All substitutions must be made in writing and, for conference substitutions, accompanied by a completed Conference Registration. Alternately, an attendee can be given a credit to be applied to attend the 2019 annual conference.

No refunds will be given for issues or circumstances beyond our control such as manmade or natural disasters, weather, campus conditions, hosting facilities, parking, prepaid items, etc.

Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The final decision on refunds rests with the Director of NACCOP.
