There is a $30.00 CME processing fee which covers the entire meeting including the Sunday short courses, oral and poster presentations. Attendees who register for CME will need to complete an Annual Meeting evaluation online and then complete a CME request online for the number of hours attended. Information on completing the CME request will be provided to registrants following the Annual Meeting.
