Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credit Fee

A fee of $50 applies to those claiming CME. You must add this "session" if you plan to claim CME for the 2015 Annual Meeting and/or Master Educator program.  CME credit will not be processed unless this fee is paid in full prior to requesting credit.  The fee applies no matter how many credits are requested.
