Bereavement is a multi-phase process of adjustment, maintenance, and transcendence. This workshop explores pre-bereavement and bereavement from the perspective of adults, youth, and professionals. Recent research, inside and outside of music therapy, is discussed using case studies, theories of grief and relevant musical applications for further understanding. 5 CMTE credits available.
