Liens and Levies – What the IRS Can and Cannot Do

The session will distinguish an IRS lien from a levy and detail what IRS can and cannot do with each resource.  The discussion on liens will include a review of assets to which they attach and priorities vis a vis other creditors.  The portion on levies will discuss both the law and the practicalities in dealing with an actual or threatened seizure.
